President Pratibha Patil goes by the guard of honor at the welcoming ceremony at the castle Uinsdor in England. She will join Queen Elizabeth at the opening of the Commonwealth Games 2010 in New Delhi. Mrs. Patil - the first representative of the governing bodies of India, visited the country of their former colonial ruler for 20 years.
